I called on a Thursday afternoon and Corey was here at noon on Friday. At once he was sure it was a coupler and it was broken. Corey replace the part and tested the motor to be assured it was ok. He was very polite and business like all the time.
Some now I was confused on the service call charge ,but other then that everything great.
