Rocky Top Air is a good company. This was not my first time using them. I have used their services for both residential and commercial properties. I have had different experiences with both. The commercial experience was great, the residential experience was mediocre. When they came to do work at the commercial property the technicians were able to assess the problem quickly and efficiently. They explained their findings to me and took the time to answer my questions. The technician who came out for the residential work seemed a bit off. He did not take the time to explain his findings from the assessment nor did he answer any of my questions. Both technicians for the commercial and residential jobs were prompt, polite and professional. They were courteous and respectful of the property. Perhaps the technician who came out for the residential job was just having a bad day. I would hope that regardless of their prior experiences the technicians could put any problems aside and do their work professionally. That being said, I would recommend Rocky Top Air.
