Chris Howard was my technician that came out today to service my unit. Lots of problems going on for me but Chris was able to fix everything noted! Not only did they fix everything right away but very efficiently as well. Chris was very good at explaining everything he was fixing as well as teaching and recommending products. Chris was very caring, professional and prideful in his work. I would highly recommend Chris as a tech to work on your unit!
