Rocky Top Air installed my new air conditioner about three years ago and they did a good job. The installers were really nice and they were polite. I have a service contract with them since I believe servicing makes things last longer and run better. However, two things have happened that I'm unhappy about. Last year, they come out to replace a part that had been recalled and told me the Freon also needed replacement, which would cost seven hundred dollars. My nephew was here at the time and advised me against doing that. So in the meantime, the unit ran fine all spring and summer but I still got a bill from them for seven hundred dollars. I called the office but nobody ever called me back. The other thing was when the service technician came for the regular maintenance check, he didn't bring a replacement filter and had to go out and get one. I still have a contract with Rocky Top Air so I will continue using them for maintenance but I might ask for a more experienced technician next time I call for service.
