This was not my first time using Rocky Top Air. A while ago, I was on vacation in Florida, and my mom went home early. When she got there, there was no heat. Rocky Top Air has a 24-hour service, and they got out there immediately. This year they put a new HVAC in my house. They are wonderful. The technicians are polite and friendly, and they arrive on time. They always schedule my maintenance and are very timely in performing it. Rocky Top Air quickly responds to your needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
