Poor customer service
I’ve ysed rocky top for about 3 years and they have always been my go to until now. The AC died at my business a few months ago and their quote was $3,500 more than the other company I called for the exact same unit. The tech spent 2 hours and still misdiagnosed the issue. Then my blower motor at my personal residence died and they quoted me $1,250 to replace motor after I had to call them for 3 days in a row to get this quote. Took a week to get quote. The tech insisted I just change the unit instead. Feeling like I’m being price gouged I call the other company again they came out had it installed in 45 mins at a cost of $450. I don’t know what changed at rocky too but I will not be calling them again for any hvac or plumbing issues.
