Too expensive did not bring appropriate equipment

They were to bring a air condition filter with their plumber and forgot two times never received the filter they were too expensive and took two trips

We are terribly sorry for this. I checked with the plumber and he did not receive that information and as he was there for the plumbing issue no mention was made to him about it. Also we believe that we are fairly priced and sometimes a repair may take 2 trips or even more to properly complete the repair.. We will definitely bring new filter and install on the first visit of the new maintenance contract.
