When it comes to repairs, the 5-star rating goes to Fred and him alone. He comes and fixes what the other guy missed, shows me how it should work and does it with a smile. Also kudos to George the plumber and to the guy who did my first couple of maintenance check-ups, Todd, I think. Tiffany is sweet, always helpful and pleasant and gets someone out to me right away. I've gone through a bunch of companies and am glad to have found Rocky Top Air.
