I used Bell Home Solutions for plumbing and things didn't go as planned. The plumber had to special order parts and I had to continually call them to check when he would be coming back because the parts took forever to ship.
It took six weeks for the parts to finally come in and then he came back and fixed the problem. I thought the installation was fine and he eventually fixed the problem, but their communication was not good. They never called to assure me that the parts were in or tell me what was going on. I may use them again in the future but their lack of communication was disappointing.
