Technician was friendly, forgot to shut off water, 1/2 hour to clean up the mess! We are also clueless and thought Bell Plumbing would treat us fairly! We had a leak in our master bath sink. Our cost was $403.00!
Plus my husband signed up for there Value rate plan of $100. Total $503.00 I went to Home Depot asked a master plumber what I needed to do, after he explained it to me he said any girl could fix this herself!! I will never use them again! Called to complain and was Blown off!
