My 26 year old daughter is a new homeowner and needed a repair for her shower. The problem was diagnosed as needing a new pressure balanced valve cartridge. The part cost approximately $40. She was charged $622 on a bill your company refused to itemize. The technician was there for less than one hour. That means she was charged over $500 per hour in labor. This seems completely unreasonable. We called to inquire about the bill and were told it was her fault for agreeing to the work and that there were many costs like trucks and warranties that need to be accounted for in business. I would really like an explanation on this and how this is at all reasonable or reputable. I am so disappointed.
