I had high hopes when I came to Bell. Getting products ordered that were spot on was easy. After that, it went downhill. Vendors either are not honest with Bell OR they simply don't do their job and thus leave Bell customers in the lurch. Nonetheless getting what you need on time does NOT happen with Bell. Once they have your $, you are persona non grata.
