Installation of new furnace and AC done well and on time. Salesman and installer failed to disclose thermostat programmed not to go below 68 degrees. After repeated attempt to set at desired 66, I called. Bell for help and was told they would need to install different thermostat. Appointment scheduled and rep did not come at prearranged time. Another appointment scheduled. Service rep said exiting could be programmed to 66, which he did. Has worked fine since.
In summary good installation experience but well below expected Bell standards on post installation.
