We received excellent and prompt service and will definitely call again for plumbing service. Unfortunately, there is virtually no flexibility in pricing. The technician was apologetic for having to charge as much as he did for the work involved. Although he charged only the absolute minimum fee, even he thought the price was high for what was involved. There should be more discretion given on pricing. Having said that and knowing now about the pricing, we would still call again for our next plumbing service need.
