Giant Monkey Movers is an excellent company! They definitely get five stars from me! I've done my share of moving on the East Coast and I've had terrible experiences. By the time I moved from Tennessee to San Diego, I didn't trust movers at all. I hired three separate companies for the move, one to pack and load everything, one to transport everything, and then Giant Monkey Movers to unload and unpack in San Diego. It took a lot of coordination but Giant Monkey Movers were patient even when the truck was delayed for about an hour. They did a good job working with the trucker and unpacking my stuff. When I moved from New York to Tennessee, I didn't get my stuff for about six weeks, and even then, my TV was missing in addition to six or seven boxes of my stuff. After I filed a complaint, the TV was discovered, forgotten in a warehouse. I didn't have any negative experiences with Giant Monkey Movers. All the guys were great! With more experience, they're only going to get better! I highly recommend Giant Monkey Movers!
