We had two movers that came to move us with Giant Monkey Movers. There was an older gentleman who seemed like he knew what he was doing. He was pleasant and he worked fast. There was a younger gentleman who seemed like it was his first day. It was like he was shadowing the older gentleman and watching how he did things and asking him how to wrap the furniture or how to load the truck. That made things take three times longer than it should have. The older gentleman had to unpack the truck and repack it because everything did not fit with how the younger man packed it, and we had a big truck. They advertise two experienced movers but we got one experienced and one who was only on his first day or first week. They should have perhaps sent three movers, two of whom were experienced and the new guy to shadow them. I was going to call them about this but got too wrapped up with things here and haven't got around to calling them. I don't feel I should have paid for one experienced mover when they advertise two experienced movers. I even had to explain how to wrap furniture to the younger man. I think in time he may be a good mover, but when he was packing my house he was not. I don't know if I would use Giant Monkey Movers again.
