When I bought my property, the phone number for Garner Plumbing Services was on the heater. So when I had problems, I called them. My service call was for a repair, but when the technicians got here they recommended replacing the unit. They happened to have two heaters right on their truck, so they were able to install one right away. That was good planning on their part, and lucky for me. I have since recommended them to all my neighbors. I will be calling them for any job I have in the future. They're on my list, now.
