My mother had a water pipe burst in her house last October, and it severely damaged her basement and upstairs area, including the bathroom. The remediation crew damaged the flange on the toilet, and also the inlet pipe to it. As part of rebuilding the bathroom, we decided to replace the bathtub with a walk-in shower. That meant that the piping to had to modified to fit the new shower unit. To do all this work, we needed a good plumber. So I asked a friend of mine, who is a realtor, who we should call. They also told me that it would take three to four weeks to schedule the work in, and that they did not have the necessary parts on their truck. About 30 minutes later, Pedro, with Garner Plumbing Services arrived. He quoted me a price that was about one quarter the price of the other company. I asked him how many weeks would it take before he could do the work. He told me that he could do it that afternoon, and that he had all the parts on his truck. In other works, they came prepared to do the work, and I thought that was awesome. That other company, who shall forever remain nameless, just plain didn't want to work. Pedro and his helper, Dustin, got the job done within two hours. They were very kind, courteous people, and they worked great together as a team. And they did a great job of it. I am so glad that my friend let me know about them. I would absolutely recommend Garner Plumbing services to everyone! They did an amazing job!
