I hired Garner Plumbing Services to do a full inspection of my heating and air conditioning unit, hot water heater, and electrical. I had leased my home and thought that the tenants were taking care of it. As it turns out, they were not. The technician that did the inspection was on time and very nice. He spent a great deal of time doing the inspection, and I felt comfortable with what he found. Unfortunately at this time, I am not able to hire them to do all that needs to be done, but I want to let them know that I appreciate the time and attentiveness given to my home and me! Thank you!
