I had some plumbing issues, so I called Garner Plumbing Services for help. The guy who came out and did the work was fine, but subsequent issues came up, and I tried getting back to them, to no response. I'm going to try and find another plumbing group, as I do not want Garner Plumbing back in my house. The first time they came out, two techs were here, one trainee, and the other, who I liked, seemed to know what he was doing. I believe the main tech was named Pedro, and he was a very nice young man, and I was happy with him. They first came out to deal with my hot water heater, and the second time they helped me in fixing a leak in my faucet. I'm having issues with my water heater, where they set the temperature so high, that when the water finally comes through, and it does take a long time, it is scalding. I called Kimberly from the office and told them to come back and adjust the temperature. She told me the Tech was very busy, but that she would call me back. I was not only never called back, but when I attempted to reach out to their office again, no one answered. I never heard from her again. Other than Pedro, who I was very happy with, I am so disgusted with the company. I don't have any confidence in them.
