the person was very good and helped out in an after hour emergency. I wasn't happy with a service charge plus additional charge to fix. I felt that I was put in a position that i had to pay both since he wasn't going to fix without me agreeing. His explanation was that he was working overtime when he could be home. He was at my house for about 20 minutes. I paid $149 for a service call and $80 for him to take two seconds to rotor router my toilet. I was taken advantage of!!
