I have a home warranty service that sent Garner Plumbing Services when my garbage disposal was acting up at one of my rental properties. It took them about a week to fit me in and in that time I had already taken out the little tool that came with the unit and used it on the disposal myself. It seemed to be working when the plumber showed up but he took a look anyway. He called me from the road when he was close by and at my request, rearranged his schedule to get to me a little earlier in the day. I don't know if I have a choice on who to use through my home warranty plan but next time I need a plumber, I'll ask for Garner Plumbing Services.
