From the second I scheduled an appointment on line, to the completion of our job, this company was absolutely OUTSTANDING! A young woman called within 3 minutes to confirm my appointment, explained how their charges would be applied, and she was exceptionally professional and accommodating. They followed up with another confirmation call close to the time of my appointment, and sent friendly courtesy reminder texts. Our technician arrived EXACTLY when I was told he would, he introduced himself, assessed our issue, very clearly explained the problem, the solution, and he he would go about correcting the problem. He was professional, friendly, informative, honest and VERY trustworthy, and he went to work! He also finished the job in a short time, answered all of my questions, and explained how he’d made a few extra adjustments to correct problems the builders overlooked (that we noticed when we moved into our home!), but couldn’t correct ourselves without making a big mess. They don’t charge by the hour, they charge by the job, which I feel is a much better way to conduct a plumbing business! I’ll be their loyal customer for life! Our plumbers name was Rogelio, and his professionalism was stellar. THANK YOU GARNER PLUMBING...my experience was so pleasant, that I’m looking forward to our next plumbing problem!
