This was my first time using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They came out and replaced a part in the upstairs bathroom toilet tank. Also, the cutoff valve near the bottom of the toilet was broken so they put a new one on. The guy that came out and did the job was prompt, and he finished the job in a timely manner. He was really nice, but I was so disappointed that he didn't put something up to keep his torch from burning the wall. The torch has a big flame, and I think he should have known better. They said they would knock-off the $35 service charge, but now there is a big black spot on my wallpaper, and there is no way to get it off.
