HUGE thanks to Carey David! My kitchen faucet broke on a Friday night. I ran out and got a replacement but had problems getting the old faucet removed. I went online and found a link to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing where I could email a question to a plumber. To my surprise, Carey replied within a few minutes. He asked me to send him a picture of what I was working on. He responded right away telling me exactly how to proceed. With his help I was able to get the old faucet out and the new one in.
