Recently they sent a new employee out to handle leak. Leak wasn't fixed and became a deluge. Wood flooring warped. Had person come and dehumidify the room - wanted us to sigh that everything fine now - floor still warped. Three weeks have passed and when called back, Carey, operations manager, states waiting for his "flooring guys" to have an opening in their schedule to come out. We always have to call them for communication. Never any follow up with us on their part (other than this review form via email).
