The office called and let me know exactly when Angel would arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. He was very professional and took a lot of care not to mess up the house even though some of the work was outside and required digging. The repairs were performed quickly and look very solid. I am satisfied with the overall experience and will recommend Ben Franklin if every asked about a plumber.
