I woke up on 7/3 and to a luke warm shower. Went on home advisor and completed the questionnaire. Received a prompt call within 20 minutes and with it being July 3rd I was surprised that I was told that a service team could be here in 20 minutes. I received a call from the technicians and said they were in route and would be here within 15 minutes. They got the old one lit but it shortly went out and with it being 13 years old it was time to replace. The gents went to work and within 2.5 to 3 hours they were completed with the install. Before they left they were very thorough and explained everything to me as needed. Would recommend in the future,
