I have used Village Plumbing and Heating a few times. The first time I got a tankless water heater and they did a good job. Everything went well there. A few months later, I called them about another issue. They said they'd take care of it and never got around it. They blew me off. Time went by, and I had another issue to fix so I called again. He replaced an overflow valve for the heater in less than half an hour, and I think he charged me too much. The part itself probably cost five or seven dollars. He was never unprofessional, but I felt I was gauged so I would not recommend them and wouldn't call back.
