Went with another company before I called Village Plumbing and Heating but they weren't able to resolve the issue and I didn't have the best experience. Then I called John and he helped me a lot better. He explained everything and fixed the issue I had, which was with my tank-less water heater. It was missing a heating element and I wasn't getting hot water. I got him to do some other things at my home as well. The price was OK, I would say it was regular. He's actually waiting on some parts to finish a couple of things and will have to come out soon to take care of that.
