I purchased my A/C unit that includes that cost more than 11K and that should includes parts and labor, I was told. A year later, after the maintenance last June and was told everything looks good, now I had a problem, needed to change the capicitor, UV bulb busted due to wrong installation. They are now telling me that I have to pay $600 to replace the bulb. This doesn't sound right. Be careful to these people who says if you buy the warranty, that it includes parts and labor, it's not true. I think this is a scam
