My experiences with Comfort Experts, Inc. have all been pleasant enough, and, because of my unit's warranty, their cost has been affordable for me, as well. The last time they came by to service the machine, they forgot to flush the coils, and I had to have someone else do it, but overall they're great. They're plenty reachable and have always been polite and well-enough prepared for me to continue using them. I wouldn't have a problem recommending them to others, I suppose.
