I had a cooling issue where the air handler would run but the compressor would not. I checked the outdoor compressor fuses and all was good. At this point, I knew this was well beyond my pay grade so I contacted the "Comfort Experts". Brian arrived and diagnosed the system, found a wire nut was missing on a wire between the thermostat and air handler and was shorting out. After Brian installed the new wire nut, the system is now working to our needs. Outstanding service, repair man and company. You can't go wrong with these folks!! I will use these great folks in the future.
