We took our vehicle to Outshiner to get an oil change. While we waited, the tech brought it to our attention that the transmission fluid needed changing. Knowing that he was right I had him do that and I suggested he clean and refill the radiator fluids as well. After he was done he gave us a free full car wash. I thought that was great!
