They are helpful and provide adequate service for our needs.

LEDtronics has been a supplier of ours for a few years now. They have just about everything in LED lamps. They were, in the past, ahead of the curve on the LED market because they were the only game in town with quality. Now with new competitors, their prices seem to be above the market prices. It is harder to make money selling their stuff.

I like the people there though. They are helpful and provide adequate service for our needs. We are working on a big project with them right now.

FSG has been a a good customer / distributor for LEDtronics for the past couple of years. During that time there have been numerous products flooded into the US market place from overseas that may or may not perform at the same long term level that the LEDtronics products do. LEDtronics has been engineering, designing and manufacturing LED products for almost 3 decades right here in the USA. In doing so we are not only maintaining but also creating new jobs for citizens of the USA. Obviously the labor rates here in the USA are higher than those from overseas thus causing the pricing of our products to be higher. LEDtronics continues to strive to reduce costs through less complicated designs, more efficient manufacturing methods, asset management and any other method we can introduce without effecting the overall quality and long life of our products. We know that we are not going to be able to compete with off shore pricing but feel that providing a quality product combined with quality service from right here in the USA should be worth something when FSG is reselling our products to end users.
