Brian's Mechanical came out and assessed the needs of our house. They were very willing to stay as long as we needed them, to answer questions and concerns we had. Overall, they had a willingness to discuss all the possibilities with us and to come with the best solution.

The installers we had were extremely good. They were very polite and personable. There was an issues with the original thermostat not working correctly. They returned and installed a new thermostat, which was easier to use than the original one. They told us to let them know if we had any additional concerns and they would take care of them.
