The Jordan Insurance Agency really does go the extra mile for their customers. I am so happy with the services received there and I absolutely recommend them for any and all insurance needs. The gentleman that helped me didn't rush me and he really took the time to make certain I understood everything that was going on. They have amazing follow up and I really feel valued and respected as a client. Overall, it is absolutely their customer service aspect that stands out in my mind, and in this industry. 5 out of 5 stars across the board!
