I have delt with State Farm and Farm Bureau for years. Im 63. A friend recommended that I call Jordan Insurance Agency with a question I had. I have never been as satisfied with an insurance company as I have with them. I have never had to go into the office nor have I ever seen anyone there in person. All I have to do is pick up the phone. They call me back like they say they will and they give me several options and not the one that is best for them. Since dealing with them I have referred several people. They go out of their way to make a customer happy and for once in my life I do not dread talking to my insurance company.
