I was happy with the answers I got from The Jordan Insurance Agency and the things that were covered. I am going on MediCare soon and I have been getting a lot of information about that, so I was a bit confused about everything. Billy Jordan, the person I talked to on the phone, provided really good customer service. We discussed all the different options and benefits that were provided and he answered any questions I had, not matter what it was. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He was really good at explaining everything, and even answered some of my questions about other plans and benefits from other companies.
