Very Confusing Experience
I recently got in contact with The Jordan Insurance Agency and as a whole, the process has been pretty confusing for me. When I got in contact with the company, they ended up proposing three ideas. They said that I could get in contact with Medi-Share, or go to American Health Alliance (for help with physicals and stuff), or that I should go with RX Help Centers.
I have had a lot of issues with communication and it seems some of the workers I got in contact with didn't fully understand what they were doing (for example, I got a call saying that they didn't receive my application, even though I sent it in twice). The work has been very time-consuming and difficult, but I wouldn't blame The Jordan Insurance Agency for how confusing the process has been for me.
