My team's number one goal is to provide the best customer experience we can. When we come up short, I will as the owner step up and apologize and try to make it right for the customer every time. I would like to point out a few things in this case that were out of our control and lead to this mixed review.

First, we do not charge fees for our services or to complete any enrollment on our client's behalf, however, some of the health sharing programs we used do upfront. Since we are aware of the fees my agency provides with every quote those costs upfront so you are not surprised when you apply. Mr. Orr asked for them several times during the process even though the document he was given with those fees was provided to him in the beginning and again at the end and it was the same information.

Second, the packages that we create to lower people health insurance by 60% cannot be done without an agent assisting the buyer since the companies do not provide them directly or access to how to do it. So going direct would not save you money but in fact, raise your cost for coverage.

Third open enrollment is a very busy time for most insurance agents and this year the government cut down the enrollment period from three months to six weeks. Mr. Orr application was not submitted to my office to be processed until the middle of December. Right at the end of open enrollment.

When everything was complete I received 2-3 emails from Mr. Orr thanking me for helping his family get coverage and never once did he seem to have any problems.
