Polite Service, But Some Communication Issues
I recently used The Jordan Insurance Agency to help me out with health insurance. I was able to communicate with Billy for this project through emails. Even though it was a little difficult at times to get in contact with them, I thought that he was very polite and I appreciate all of his work.
However, I wouldn't use the company in the future because when trying to set up some shared health programs, I think that the company could use some improvements in notifying their clients concerning the application process. I felt like I was left in the dark and there was no confirmation for the plan I asked for. I think that it would be better if I was able to talk directly with the supplier.
