It was my first time using a service from The Jordan Insurance Agency, overall they were able to provide me with decent service but it just wasn't exactly what I was looking for. They were able to set me up with a good deal for my health insurance but they made a small mistake and didn't cancel my other insurance in time, resulting in me paying for two insurance payments for about a month. I honestly believe they are a good company but they are a little too impersonal for my taste. I have since then chosen a different company to work with.
