The Jordan Insurance Agency was absolutely wonderful. I was kind of leery in the beginning because I had never dealt with an insurance company over the phone before. But even though I was a little apprehensive, I went ahead and gave them a call. Billy immediately made me feel at ease and told me all of the options that we could do. It sounded good so I asked him to sign me up!

I needed my insurance card for my prescription, and his assistant helped me get my insurance numbers even before my cards came. When my cards didn't come in time, I called them again and the assistant found that insurance company had an incorrect address for me. She was able to fix it and my cards finally came.

Every time I've dealt with them they've been very professional. They took care of all of my needs and everything else. I'm so happy I called them, and all of my apprehensions are gone!
