I would rate The Jordan Insurance Agency a five, if not, higher than five! In regards to how Mr. Jordan helped me, he navigated me through the new health care system. This is not my field and I wanted to make sure I had the right questions. I was provided with superior information and guidance on the new options and resources. If I had any type of apprehension or nervousness, Billy held my hand through the process and gave me great assurances across the board. When we were finished I just felt like I was in really good hands. Customer service these days can be lousy, but Billy was phenomenal and very caring. I would refer that agency to anyone!
