We got to The Jordan Insurance Agency ahead of time and Billy brought us right back to his office. Even though we were early, he made sure we were comfortable and had something to drink. He was concise and to the point, laid out everything for us so we know what's going on and what to expect. He was very thorough and my husband and I appreciated that. He's very informative and a very nice person to talk with. You can tell he's a people person. He always has the interests of others at heart.
