Billy Jordan is very responsive. The way he does a lot of things via email makes it quick and easy for me. I'm a busy stay-at-home mom of three, and I have to deal with homeschool and busy nights, so it is easy to work with The Jordan Insurance Agency through email.

They answer my questions concisely and without a lot of mumbo jumbo. You know how with some emails, you can't tell if it was automated or sent by a real person? He's not like that.

He is very personable and nice in that way. I have gotten no flack from his staff when I call in, and I can always either leave a message or talk to Billy. They provide a lot of communication, in my experience, so they are very nice.
