Last Thursday I had water in my basement thinking it was the air conditioner. Doug's schedule that day was jammed and completely full. I was pretty scared, fearing additional flooding. Doug found time, ran over to my house, diagnosed the problem immediately. He was so tired from a long day, but scheduled an evening appointment to fix my problem. He brought his son to help with all the clean up!!
I have great confidence in the work Doug does. This is the third time Doug has rescued me in fixing some pretty scary repair challenges. I can't say enough to convey my feelings on extraordinarily great service!!
