From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to finally having a working broiler took over 2 months. First time they came after assessing the problem, the wrong part was delivered. The second time the correct part did not work. Whether these mistakes were from Viking or Service Care, I am not sure. Our frustrations increased when the service provider didn’t know where the part was located. We found a video on u-tube that showed exactly how to make the repair. There was a lot of wasted time in completing this repair.
