Technician was prompt and courteous. Checked dishwasher.
However, dishwasher still does not work! Does not clean dishes, does not even desolve detergient. Have contacted AllSourh Appliance/KitchenAid for resolving this issue. Am most dissatisfied with dishwasher appliance. Have had it for almost three weeks and am still washing dishes by hand.
