When we finally got to Service Care our frustration was over. The service tech, Craig, called and ask for a description of the problem with the dish washer. He diagnosed the problem, said he would order the part and would call when they came in, since we are located on the far edge of their service area, that way he would have the parts to fix the problem and avoid delay. I have never met a service tech as careful, knowledgeable and personable as Craig. He found the problem immediately and set about fixing it. It was a lose connection in a junction box which would have taken most service techs that I have had experience with, hours to find. Service Care and Craig are worthy of 5stars+.
